DONALD SLOAN - 2013 to 2015

Donald Sloan was Head of the Oxford School of Hospitality Management at Oxford Brookes University and also the Chair of Oxford Gastronomica, Oxford Brooks University’s centre for the study of food, drink and culture founded in 2007. He had been a past Chair and Vice Chair of the Council for Hospitality Management Education, the body that represents all universities in the UK offering hospitality management courses.
