Apr 23, 2015Geraldene Holt is an award-winning food writer and journalist. Her books include Country House Cooking, West Country Cakes and Assorted Fancies and Recipes from a French Herb Garden. Geraldene is a founder member and former Vice President of the UK Guild of Food Writers and a founding trustee of the Jane Grigson Trust. She was also a founding Chair of the Oxford Symposium on Food & Cookery.
